Daedalus: The Human+AI Drupal Page Builder

AI page building usually goes one of two ways. Either the AI generates a static page that humans can't easily edit afterward, or a chat box is bolted onto a page builder and can do only a fraction of what the UI can. Daedalus takes a third route: one page builder backend with two frontends, the browser and the AI. Anything you can do, the AI can do, and vice versa.

Daedalus is a WYSIWYG Drupal page builder where you can create, edit, style, and collaborate with AI. Making pages using Daedalus can be as simple as using a text editor or as nitty gritty as you want with HTML and CSS.

Daedalus is built on Drupal core's data model. Sites using plain nodes, Paragraphs, or Layout Builder can adopt it, and a block that has been doing good work for 10 years can continue to work.

In this session, we will demo Daedalus and show how structure and visual language of webpages can feel like a playground.
